The Muscle Factor

<span style=”color: #000000;”>Many people underestimate the importance of building muscle for long term weight loss. In fact, other than nutrition muscle is the single most important for long term weight loss. One pound of muscle burns many more calories than a pound of fat. Although, the exact number depends on the person, it is suffice to say more muscle correlates to less fat. In fact, I believe that most people that add on 5-10lbs of muscle are much more likely to keep the weight off for life. Just remember supportive nutrition is part of the entire equation.
