Here are seven tips to avoid holiday weight gain!

1.  Eat small portions of what you want but keep them small
2.  Try to stick with an exercise program during this time
3.  Eat the desert first then move onto the other food
4.  Drink lots of water
5.  Stay social or involved in other things like cards or playing with the kids
6.  Every day is a new day if you mess up start the next day and do better (You want to avoid just giving up durning the holidays or you will gain weight)
7.  Try to keep the focus off of food and on family and fun
