No this is not a joke or anything. Recently I have entered some online contests with bodyweight training and other fitness challenges. Well I want you to compete for $100 and if you don’t win you still did a workout:)
Here are the guidelines and rules
1. You must do a 3 minute finisher type workout. It should have 1 to 3 exercises.
2. You will be judged on form, exercise selection, effort, intensity, creativity, fun factor, and appropriate level.
3. Please do not do anything you are not capable of and please warm up appropriately. You are 100% liable for your workout!
4. Link must be a you tube video sent to me at [email protected]
5. Deadline is the end of February, 2011
